Follow these simple steps to swap cryptocurrency quickly and securely.
Choose a currency pair
On the main page select the coin you want to send, then pick the coin you want to receive.
Enter the amount
Fill in the amount you send or the amount you want to receive. The form will show the current rate, fee and limits.
Provide your wallet address
Enter the address of the wallet where you want to receive funds. Double-check it: transactions on the blockchain cannot be reversed.
Enter your email
Add an email address for order status notifications. We do not use it for marketing or share it with third parties.
Create the order
Click the exchange button and confirm the order. You will be redirected to the order page with payment details.
Send the funds
Send the exact amount to the displayed address from your wallet. The order status will update automatically as confirmations arrive.
Receive your coins
Once the payment is confirmed, we process the exchange and send the coins to your address. This usually takes 15–60 minutes.
Important tips
- Send only the currency specified in the order. Sending another asset may result in loss of funds.
- Make sure the amount matches the order as closely as possible. Significant deviations may require manual processing.
- Keep the order page link or order number until the exchange is completed.
- If something goes wrong, contact support via Telegram, Jabber or TOX.
