1. General provisions
By using XMR Exchange, you agree to these Terms of Service. The service is provided on an "as is" basis for the exchange of cryptocurrencies between users.
2. Eligibility
You must act in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction. You may not use the service for illegal activities, money laundering, financing of terrorism, fraud or any other prohibited purposes.
3. Exchange procedure
The user creates an order, sends the specified amount to the address shown, and receives the exchanged funds after confirmation. The rate and fee are fixed at the moment the order is created.
4. User responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the wallet address, the selected currency pair and the amount sent. Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible.
5. Risks
Cryptocurrency exchange involves market, network and technical risks. XMR Exchange is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain congestion, wallet errors or force majeure events.
6. Refunds
If an order cannot be completed due to technical reasons, we will refund the original asset minus network fees. Refund requests are handled individually through support.
7. Privacy
We do not collect personal data, do not perform KYC and do not store user activity logs. The email address is used only for order status notifications.
8. Intellectual property
All content, design and code of the website are the property of XMR Exchange. Copying or distribution without permission is prohibited.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes means acceptance of the new terms.
